    Within a week of the consult

    We take what you told us in the consult and build a small working version of the fix. Then we show it to you, running on the kind of job you do every day. You see exactly what you'd be getting before you spend anything. You also get a written price, with what the problem costs you now next to what it costs to fix. No obligation. If it isn't worth it, we'll say so.

    Build

    Two-week stages, about three to four weeks for a first build

    We build it in two-week stages. At the end of each stage you see it working as a real system, on your real jobs, and you decide whether to continue, pause or stop. One written price before we start. It doesn't change unless you ask for something new.

  4. Step 04

    Run

    Fixed monthly fee

    Ongoing

    Quoted with your build. We keep it running, make small changes as you need them, and check in every few months to find the next problem worth fixing. Covers hosting and monitoring. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Code, data and accounts are in your name. If we part ways, it keeps running.

Your tools stay. We build around the software you already use. Nothing gets replaced.
